400 way record attempts

We are two jumps closer to our goal after solid performances from much of the team on Sunday. The base 70 must be solid, and this is far from the first record camp to be seeing problems there still, even this far along. Some communications problems on the first pass of the last load caused us to land with the planes. Even if we had exited on the second pass, world record veterans know that seldom amounts to much. We will have but one jump tomorrow with the full group, then our teammates on the Royal Thai Air Force have missions with some of the Hercs in the afternoon. There will still be planes for practice with the base, the most critical partof the team right now.

We met at the Charoen for a big dinner with traditional music and dancers on stage. Since it is a short day tomorrow, some of us blew off some steam at Mr. Tong's, sort of our official evening spot between the Charoen and Charoensri Suites hotels. We're getting reports from supporters around the world that some of the news media are beginning to take an interest, and the Crown Prince of Thailand stopped in yesterday to take a look. We have only four days left, so the pressure is mounting to perform. We can handle pressure, but we will have to start digging deeper to get this done. We have the planes, the weather, the talent, and a solid plan. We just need all 400 of us to have a good jump at the same time.
