In collaboration with the Thai Organizing Committee, the World Team Organizing Committee is responsible for making all necessary preparations for World Team to function effectively throughout the Royal Sky Celebration.

Long before the World Team events start, the WTOC coordinates most aspects of the World Team organization. Some of these key responsibilities include dive design, participant selection, registration, sponsorship, selection and acquistion of hi-tech equipment, media and public relations, and pre-event rehearsals.  On site, the WTOC is responsible for directing all World Team activities, interfacing with the RTAF, and providing logistical and other support services such as accommodations, official dinners, and local transport.

A primary key to World Team’s success is the close collaboration between the WTOC and the highly experienced World Team Leaders (comprised of the team captains and specialty directors) and the staff members who fulfill the multitude of administrative and practical responsibilities.
