World Team’s Specialty Directors conduct and supervise the specialized hands-on work that goes on behind the scenes before, during, and after each Royal Sky Celebration event. Each of these directors is an active professional in their respective field of expertice. They generously share their knowledge and talents to ensure that World Team is on top of its game in every important field of its operation.

The Specialty Directors, and their respective teams of experts, design and direct the World Team skydives, select the World Team skydivers, document and review World Team performances, and keep World Team skydivers safe from take-off to landing. They develop and maintain the World Team life support and air-to-air communication systems, prevent and treat illnesses and injuries, interface with the RTAF pilots, entice and express gratitude to sponsors, and generate international media interest in the Royal Sky Celebration. Yes, all of these professionals are great skydivers too!
