For
the Largest Freefall Formation in Udon Thani, the Panel of Judges
will review the freefall video still images from each world record
attempt, and a score will be posted that reflects the exact formation
size of that dive. When the freefall performance on any
record attempt satisfies the IPC/FAI requirements for a Largest
Freefall Formation World Record, the Panel of Judges will submit
all the necessary paperwork and video evidence required to certify
a new FAI world record in that category.
For
the Mass Freefall Jump into the new Bangkok International Airport
on 11 February 2006, the Panel of Judges will review the official
manifest, which lists the names and nations of each participating
jumper. When the jump takes place, the Panel of Judges
will observe as the skydivers in each aircraft exit, to ensure
that all participants are making freefall skydives. Video
images will be taken from the ground as the skydivers exit from
each aircraft, so that the Panel of Judges can count the exact
number of participants. The data from the mass jump will
be compiled and presented for certification as a new Guinness
Book World Record for a Mass Freefall Jump. |
