Color Pattern |
|
| On
behalf of His Majesty the King and the citizens of Thailand,
the color pattern of the formation has been designed to precisely
match
the color pattern of the Thai flag. If the Thai flag is drawn
together between the top center and bottom center, and is then
fanned out to form a circle, it looks remarkably like the color
pattern of the 372-way formation. |

400-Way
Sector Teams |
| Structurally,
World Team's 400-way is a modular formation consisting of
11 Sectors: one 20-way Base Sector, and ten 38-way Whacker
Sectors. Each of the ten outer sectors contribute five members
to the 70-way Base formation, with the remaining 33 members building
five tiers of whacker lines. After the Base 70-way is complete,
all of the outer sectors build independently of each other, while
simultaneously maintaining a structured sequence relative to each
other. |

Exit Configuration |
| For
the exit on the 400-way, five C-130 Hercules will be flown in a
V-formation at 24,000 feet. Skydivers will be divided
into the five aircraft according to a unique exit pattern. This exit
pattern will allow them to exit and fly to their slots in the formation
on the most efficient path possible,
with minimal traffic congestion. The exit configuration will
present the following flight trajectories for the skydivers approaching
the formation: 20% floaters, 20% lateral flyers, and 60% divers. |
